Green tea has long-range benefits, especially if taken daily throughout a lifetime. Although there are no documented studies of the effects of green tea on hair and nails, it wouldn't be a surprise if green tea has somehow contributed to your longer and stronger hair and nails because green tea has all the powerful antioxidants, vitamins and minerals needed for longer and stronger hair and nails.
Tea People's flavoured teas can include white, green or black. They are often scented with flowers or flavoured with concentrated extracts from fruit, herbs or spices or blended with the same. Some of the blended or infused ingredients contain rose petals, jasmine blossom, mint, rose hips, hibiscus, calendula petals and cornflowers. For instance, rose hips contain vitamin C; chamomile helps many people relax; and peppermint has a noticeable soothing effect on the stomach. Herbs can also cause problems. Chamomile, for example, can cause allergic reactions in people who are allergic to ragweed.
